#AskTheExpert in this session cold & cough is normal.what medicine is given to the child.my child age is 2year. 8months

Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi dear As your kid is small with regards to medication, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
