RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. 24° to 25° ideally the best temperature that you can expect to keep on air conditioner and in fever avoid using fan if you’re using AC I think that is what it’s just going to be good enough for you to use when the child is having fever
