Q.

#AskTheExpert in breastfeeding do we have to change side everytime we feed , even if the baby had latch only for one minute ?

A. it is advisable for the baby to have breast milk from one breast at a time so that baby will have both foremilk and hindmilk which is good source of fats and other nutrients

A. No. We should only switch the side sides if your child is taking a proper feed suppose you’re fed from the right breast after giving three hours whenever you’re feeding your child and you should be neutral from the left that is how it works
