#asktheexpert im a new mother.My som is 4 months old but he is not sleeping for long time his sleep time is very less and also im Not a complete breastfeeding mom I partially give formula but it makes me so guilt even though I'm giving breast milk for long time my son is not feeling satisfied with that is it ok to feed formulas

A. First of all don’t be guilty abd to improve your milk production you can start raking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals abd drink a glass if water after feeding and stop taking stress

A. There is nothing to feel guilty about it all the women cannot make sufficient amount of milk to feed their child so if you are giving your milk and despite of that your child is hungry and if you’re covering up the other amount of milk with formula is completely Alright there is nothing wrong with it
