A. better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year of age.as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings

A. Hello, Try not to give your baby foods that are high in sugar or salt . Too much sugar is bad for your baby's emerging teeth, while too much salt is bad for their kidneys . If your baby gets a taste for sugary or salty foods, it may be harder for you to persuade them to try healthy options. Devje says any mild spice like coriander, mild curry powder, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, fennel, dill, oregano, and thyme are all OK to introduce to your child's diet after six months. “Make sure you use tiny amounts in the early stages to prevent stomach upset.05-Dec-2017
