A. will not advice it as it can cause uterine muscles contraction. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy.
