Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child. usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotionf in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is no need to appdly oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if needed. take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body

It Could be due to heat rash see if it is only at one particular part on the body like maybe just change you are saying that it may be due to some allergy or some simple Rash we have appeared over that you do anything will mostly heat so go ahead with apply calamine Lotion
