A. For a one-month-old baby, it's generally recommended to feed every 2–3 hours during the day to ensure they are getting enough nutrition for healthy growth, especially if they are breastfeeding. However, if your baby is sleeping for 4–5 hours in a row, it’s okay not to wake them up every 2 hours to feed, as long as they are gaining weight well, have plenty of wet diapers, and are alert and active when awake. If you have concerns about feeding patterns or weight gain, it's always best to check with your pediatrician.
