#AskTheExpert if I am a wait in my pregnancy so I have done my pregnancy delivery,,,,,,Then how is loss my wait......please tell me because I am very disturbed of my wait my wait is 70 kg but I want my wait 50 please help me mam

Please not to worry firstly accept the fact that their would be bodily changes and the same are pre pregnancy would take time and dedication and patients , worry gets it more worse .
Be mindful of what you consume and avoid sugary , processed and refined foods , get yourself involved in some form of physical activity for atleast 30 to 45 mins a day
