ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no you should not allow your baby to sleep for more than 5 to 6 hours without feeding has it makes cause dehydration to the baby
During first two months you should maintain a gap of two hours between two feedings.
But after completing two months it is advisable to feed your baby only on demand and do not give any forceful feeding on particular timings
The feeding should be done atleast 10 minutes.
