#AskTheExpert my 2 week old daughter is used to nipple shield for feeding. is it OK if i continue to use it for long?

try to feed directly from breast.
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid drops thrice a day ..

Yeh If you and your child both are comfortable with it then go ahead it you can use it as long as you want to as long as you are breastfeeding the child there is no issue at all nipple shield is definitely there to protect your nipples and also it’s perfectly fine and
