U Can go for egg chicken and fish after the age of 10 months self and meet if you are saying like proper mutton and all that can be introduced after the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years only because it’s very heavy for them to digest as well as it is very difficult for them to choose so that’s the right age to go about it
