#AskTheExpert Iam 22 years old , I have one child , and every month on periods iam getting stomach pain and back pain . is there any medicine for that pain .

A. Hi mommy You can take painkillers or try alternative medicine like homeopathic medicine to get cure from your pain Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
