#asktheexpert I would like to have a sample food chart for a 9 months baby. Can I feed non veg items to her now?

non veg and egg white to be given to the child after one year of age
give three healthy meals a day along with breastfeed and include all seasonal veges and fruits and also include homemade curd paneer and white butter to the child's diet
