#AskTheExpert I was having low milk supply from the beginning.Galact and lactare helped me to have somewhat better supply.my child has turned 5 months old and my milk supply is getting low.Is it possible for me to improve my supply at present?

Now you can start with semi solid diet as well and from 6th month onwards myou can start with formula milk too. As your baby is growing and breast milk will not be able to fill up his tummy. Breast milk will help in boosting immunity
