#asktheexpert I wanted to start vitamin d for my son. he is 2 years 6 months. as. they don't get sun and plus his immunity is also very low. how much ml should be given

A. Vitamin D supplement is supposed to be given once in a week so you should get it checked with your doctor before consulting your doctor you should not give vitamin D or vitamin D3 supplement to the child I agree to your concerns but you have to check with your doctor 1st
