#asktheexpert I want to start solods for my baby from 5th month as i am working mother. Please guide me how to start with solids and also few options which can be used in travelling for baby as food?

A. dear mum even if you are a working mother the baby can be given the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months baby can be fed with expressed breastmilk
