#asktheexpert i want to start food for ninithra this is her 6 months .I need a schedule and what food to give first

you can give three to four times solid to your child
you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can properly cook rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
