#AskTheExpert i want to know if Vitamin D3 is required for 2 y9m old kid if exposure to sun is very minimal? And if so what is the dosage and syrup/ drops name?

A. As the correct approach, before you start to give any kind of medicine you should always consult your treating doctor once for knowing about the proper indication,dosage of the medicine and duration upto which dose needs to :oggiven in a proper way. Self medication maybe harmful.

A. Hi, yes if the sun exposure is very minimal then vitamin D3 is very important. Please consult your paediatrician For the medicine and dosage as it depends on your babies age and weight.
