#AskTheExpert i want to ask you the diet chart for the feeding mother.

A. you can add all homemade foods, add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, add nuts, seeds,eggs non veg , whole grains and dal legumes avoud outside foods restrict junks and sweet intake

A. Hello dear parent, there is no specific diet chart , feeding mother should eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Dry fruits , milk twice in a day , veg soup, fruits juice , salads,. etc. Anything that is healthy she should consume. Drink plenty of water
