Prefer home cooked foods . starting from liquids like dal water, soup, rice kanji. slowly by 7th month you can give soft solids like mashed dal rice, khichadi. chapati mashed in dal, boiled potato, boiled egg, chicken soup

always prefer homemade healthy food.
at start,I mean ,after completion of 6 months age,when you start to offer semisolid food to your child,offer food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest at first.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables, fruit, rice etc
gradually increase the consistency of food
