It is better to give foods rich in calcium like milk, yoghurt and cheese. Oranges to eat or fresh orange juice to drink. Almonds, soy milk, soy yoghurt and tofu are also rich in calcium. Almond milk is good too. Give green vegetables such as spinach, okra, amaranth, broccoli, french beans, cluster beans, green peas are rich in calcium as well. Beans and lentils like white kidney beans, navy beans, chickpeas and soybeans are excellent sources of calcium. Give ragi, bajra and brown rice. Add sesame seeds to your child's meals and give eggs to eat.
