Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Always start lunch and dinner with salad and a glass of water
Add protein to breakfast lunch and dinner like milk, curd, paneer, dal, sprouts, beans like rajma chola, soya, oats, eggs, lean meat and fish
Have jeera water early morning
Reduce or restrict completely the intake of bread, biscuits, fried and namkeen , sugar and sugary drinks
Water 2-3 litre per day
Do not skip breakfast and any meals have portion control instead of skipping meals
Workout for 45 min daily

Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables stay healthy
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
Take a good care of your baby
