#AskTheExpert I've started amul milk for my 11 months old baby. is it ok to give 300-400ml in a day and rest food? if I increase milk intake she eats very less.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom ideally animal milk has to be introduced from the age of one year onwards only though from the age of 9 to 10 months can be given milk in cooked form such as kheer or porridge etc
