#asktheexpert I've introduced solids to my 200 days old baby. at present i.m giving solids twice a day. At this stage, how many times is it necessary to breastfeed him a day. and how to know that is the foods provided is sufficient to him.

A. Hi, semisolid food is started once the baby complete six months. You can give four semi solid feed in a day with interval of four hours. 8 AM-ragi porridge 10AM-breastfeed 12 PM-any vegetable purée 2 PM-breastfeed 4 PM-any fruit purée 8 PM-rice porridge During night time again exclusivesly breastfeed.
