#AskTheExpert I still have postpartum belly and upper abdomen is protruding. I still look like a pregnant woman even after 2 years. How can I flatten my stomach? Recent abdomen scan mentioned about unobstructed umbilical hernia of 5mm

A. Hi I understand. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
