#AskTheExpert I start getting stomach and body ache before 10 days of getting my periods. What could be the problem

A. Hello ma’am There is no problem with the same a lot of women have these kind of symptoms before they get there a period some have stomach ache of backache it’s a perfectly normal so don’t worry about it but if the pain is too much that you cannot bear then it would be better to consult your gynaecologist once but otherwise as per my knowledge is perfectly normal
