ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should start taking steam twice a day or use humidifier in the room and be have plenty of liquids especially warm soups and if you feel dryness in throat then add one teaspoon honey in a glass of water and drink sip by sip
