#AskTheExpert i'm unable to breastfeed my baby as the quantity of breast milk is too less so my baby is hungry and im providing her similac.. what to do?

A. hi you are mother of young baby to improve milk secretion take shatavari kalp 1 spoon in glass of milk twice a day for 15 days take balance diet and also get adequate sleep
