#AskTheExpert I m trying for pregnancy and I got cold severe since 2 days nt able to concentrate on my works also severe headaches tiredness is sinarest safe to take or suggest other safe medicines for me

Take medication only that is prescribed by the doctor as u are pregnant.
Take steam 2-3 times in a day.
Apply vicks vaporub on the chest and forehead to get relief from cold.
Drink tusli ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day.
If head ache is severe then u can take paracetamol.
