#AskTheExpert I'm now 33weeks of pregnancy, so what should I maintain during this time. I'm a school teacher having online classes. Is this ok for now, or I have to take rest? And what kind of food, and fruits can I have it?

A. hi mom you can continue working eat snacks in between have nuts hydrate yourself well have egg or paneer parathas idli or dosas sambhar paneer franky something easily cooked and ready to eat while you are working
