#asktheexpert I’m not loosing my weight at all after my second child im 5.2ft n weight is 71kg pls help

A. Dear Mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully and exercise every day. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
