Hi mom Stay hydrated Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
