#AskTheExpert I m not getting my period for last 4 months . Even took meprate for 5 days as suggested by doctor and waited for 10 days.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi sorry but as it needs physical examination and your medical history ,I would suggest you to inform your treating doctor regarding this. and must follow his or her advice. at home , to induce your period ,you can take Luke warm water with pinch of jeggary and ajwain seeds daily in morning. or you can take kachcha papaya .
