Q.

#AskTheExpert i m mother of twins my babies are 1mth they take only formula milk 6 to 7 time a day . I don't have breast milk.what should I do.is that Ok to give them formula only?

A. If you do not have enough breastmilk supply, it is fine to feed them formula milk as it is the only and the best substitute. In 1 month, try to feed 100-120 ml of milk per feed and 7-8 times a day or in every 3-4 hours and there should be atleast 2 night feed as well.
