Q.

#asktheexpert I'm mother of twins (15month old) . I have several leg pain and joint pain . so took blood test and my CRP level is above 30.. what should I do now doctor. my doctor gave pain killer only.. please help me with that doctor

A. better you see a physician. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is recommended to follow doctors advise and take healthy diet. Include eggs and chicken in your diet. Also massage body with coconut oil. Thanks and take care
