mam,it happens because of nutritional deficiencies
so ,I advise to take supplements like iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription
take Healthy and nutritious diet
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
take enough sleep.
