A. Hi To lose weight, you need consistent efforts with patience You can do this 1. include foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, salads, skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, curd buttermilk fruits 2. avoid sugar, sweets bakery products, junk 3. exercise daily for 1 hour atleast
