Q.

#AskTheExpert i m in my last week of delivery doc said the baby has not yet come down. So we eill wait till the due date which is 13- sep the baby has s single cord around the neck. i got false labour in last week after that there is no single of labour pain but fetal moments are there. is there anything to worry? what can i do to have normal delivery and bring the baby down?

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. keep check on baby movements

A. hi as your treating doctor has suggested to wait,you can wait as such there isn't any problem please don't take stress for type of delivery it depends on many factors just stay active, take Healthy diet keep your self well hydrated stay happy and positive
