#asktheexpert I m having pimples at the age of 34 now... earlier I don't had such issues.

have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy food and also keep your self clean hygienic hydrated.
drink lots of water and also other liquids like coconut water buttermilk etc
do some kind of exercise like yoga walking etc too
