#asktheexpert I’m doing combination feeding for my baby , is it possible to change over to exclusive breast feeding? Also though I breast feed I have put a lot of weight is this normal because I heard we loose weight on breast feeding

A. Yes of course exclusive breastfeeding is actually advisable for initial six months so if you have that kind of feed you should and it’s not necessary that you’re going to lose onto your weight you lose weight little bit from your thigh and all because it is said that it is your role storage during the time of gainly over there and when you feed the child and some gain also because they feeding time is
