If it suits you then fine but if it does not suit you then you can gain weight also you can have hormonal imbalance and other things also because getting anything inserted to your body can more certainly have side-effects. Apart from that there are instructions available which you can get them every six months to avoid pregnancy so it would be best for you to consult your gynaecologist and go for various options those are available and accordingly you can choose the best for yourself
