#AskTheExpert I'm 4 months pregnant and I'm encountering rashes and small pimples on my body accompanied with itching. Can you please suggest me something, which I can apply or a pill for this. This itching thing is irritating for me.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. please see if bed bugs are. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
