Q.
#AskTheExpert i m 35 year old,a mother of 2.5 year old daughter. we are planning for our 2nd baby .since last 3-4 months we are trying to concieve but not able to concieve. presently i m feeding my daughter only 1 time i.e only at night otherwise she used to drink cow milk .i have a regular period cycle of 30 days & in past as well i don't have any health issues till date.now i need ur help in this regard.
