ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its better to wait till 3-4 months take folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water.. walk for half an hour daily .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend you to avoid trying for the baby for the next few couple of months at least make sure that first you are able to prepare yourself physically as well as mentally and once you are able to recover you can go ahead
