#asktheexpert I iam m mother of 4 month old baby I have always noticed that I get watery milk in both my breast. when I learned about the concept of foremilk and hindmilk. I actually wanted to improve the quality of milk of mine. as my baby is completely dependent on my milk. every time she poop she poop green. please suggest

green stool is because of imbalance of hind milk fore milk
