#AskTheExpert i having twins.after feedind some times they spill milk like they vomit ..what is the issue

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is due to gas. Colic pain is common during infancy and to avoid this only mother milk should be given to baby till 6 month of age and burping shoukd be done . Gastica drop 1 ml can also be given .
