Q.

#asktheexpert I have twins. It is doubtful whether the stomach is full even after they have been feed. How can babies know if they have enough milk?

A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If ur babies are fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry.
