#asktheexpert I haven't given d3 and calcium supplements to my twin girls.They have dry skin,brittle nails,and frequent tooth infection n decay etc.Dentist suggested we start with d3 calcium. Can I give them? if so what would be the dosage

A. Hello my dear parent! Supplements in any form should be given to the child only after consultation with the doctor. Consult your paediatrician in this matter and complete the course of medication as advised by the doctor. Good luck and take care.
