#AskTheExpert I have two kids aged 4 years and 6 months, both of their heads is flat in one side. how do I make it round again, I have tried all home massages. Please help

Ma’am After a certain age it gets very difficult to bring it back to the shape if you try doing it in initial six months or eight months then it is fine what happens is when we make a child sleep on one position most of the times ahead becomes flat from that side so to correct it you should not make your child sleep on that side then you should continue to make your side sleep on the other side which is why this helps in retaining the round shape
